Required fields for tickets
To try an optimize the assignment of tickets to the person best suited to help you, we request you to fill in some extra information in the tickets:
- The category for the ticket (Typically, the tool you're having an issue with)
- The applicable business unit
As a result the ticket should be assigned automatically to the person most suited to help you out.
If you submitted your ticket through e-mail, you will receive an e-mail with the request to fill in the category and business unit for the ticket. You can find that info on the right hand side of the screen:
